Judi, I could shovel the snow on the deck if I so chose. I don't of course. The grass has a little snow, but that won't last long I hope.

No doubt! I had forgotten about him. Maybe he was the one that did in Milton the Toaster in the first place - he's been absent from those Poptarts commercials for quite a while lately!

Plus, the Kool-Aid guy has a posse of inner city thugs that he hangs with. Sure, they just look like water bottles and milk jugs on the outside but you get cheeky with them and WHAM - you are out!

Good Morning Judi. Are you sitting by the window, hot coffee in hand, typing on your new computer, watching the snow? It does sound nice.

Can I just say I'm happy it's Monday. I know, ya'll are thinking is she crazy. Maybe yes but here's the deal. Kendall had "the baby" from her Home Ec class for the weekend. It coinsides with the babysitting lessons they learned however I think the underlining could be about how you don't want a baby at a young age. Anyway the sweet little darling cried every three hours Friday, Saturday and Sunday night. She was very good about it and got up with her but when I would here the crying I would go sit with them. It really is cool how the baby works. It has a computer chip in the back and you get a braclet to scan over her back when she cries. It lets the baby know that mama's here. Anyway the doll will be hooked up to a computer and Kendall given a grade. It tells if you dropped it, shook it, how long it took you to respond to the crying. Quite ingenious if you ask me. Our time has come to give her back and Kendall get a good night's sleep tonight.

Yesterday was our big party for the Saints game. Needless to say the Saints lost and I ate all day long. Once I started I simple could not stop. I was in a grazing frenzy. Today I'll be paying for it and I'm sure have a gain on Wednesday but at the time I didn't care and the food tasted so good.

I can't believe you all don't remember Milton the Toaster. He was THE Poptart icon of the 70's!!!!!!!! I tell ya, a little breakfast appliance don't get no respect with the Sassies.

Tricia, glad the doll is done, only 2 more kids to go.
I'm glad it's Monday, Mr. Judi is back at work and my house is quiet. Thursday is his last day then layoff. We've known for a while it was coming. No building, no need for lumber.

Becca, I don't chose to shovel either. I'll get Mom's mess taken care of before her appt. tomorrow. I'm waiting til it stops snowing, oh say April.

Happy Monday Sassies! I know you all have probably thought of this, but if not, for those of you going to your meet in February - double-check your airfare today. I have a trip planned in February with my family and our airfare went down $60.00 per person on airtran. I called and they gave me a credit for each person towards my next flight with them.

Thank You, Thank You, Thank You for the lovely Disney Ornaments, candy from Harry & David and a Target Gift Card. Ya'll made my day and it's so much fun being able to celebrate your birthday again. We're in this weird "shoulder" season-cold in the morning and warm during the day. So, it makes it stuffy inside. Either that or I'm having hot flashes at 39!

Squiddy~unfortunately my flight to MCO was sold out months ago, so no credits for me! I'm still recovering from the let down of the "HUGE" special Disney was going to be offering. Great for people going for a week or people who haven't bought non-refundable airfare, but not so great for the rest of us (or you DVC'ers). We just sold our DVC (sniff).

Judi~sorry about Mr. Judi's job! Although, it is good you've known about it. The downturn in the housing industry is what has thrown the Phoenix job market in the crapper, too-all those new homes that were being built were really driving our economy. Now all those people are out of work. They're talking about lay-offs at my job, too, but luckily for me just the guys out in the shop. I've had enough unemployment issues at my house this year, thank you very much! Any luck in the job department for you?
