Good morning Sassies! I'm $300 closer to my floors!

Judi, I love the monday pic! I call the one holding the hose. How's mom today?

Wilma, I'm getting a light oak for the floors all of our trim is light oak so I need to match or it would make me nuts. I would like a darker color though. Tell Fred to snap out of it or he will have to come to Michigan and help nail down hardwood floors and paint the living room and hallway.

Julie, we love our camper. The farthest we have gone was Ft. Wilderness at Disney. Love that campground. We have great State Parks in Michigan and we keep it at my dads, he has a private lake so we just go for the weekend a lot.

Tricia, when do you leave for vacation?

Bonnie, how was the Great Wolf Lodge? Did you slide or lounge?

Becca - Mr. FofP is not a handy guy. He has many attributes, but handiness is not one of them. So, I think you had better think up a new threat - I can't imagine what he would do to hardwood floors. It would probably work out to be more punishing for you than him! Thanks for the support, though - he seems to be better today. I know he misses the pitter patter of those four furry feet.

I am impressed with you camping girls. Sounds like a schlep to me, and I am no good at schlepping. On the other hand, if it was my own camper, perhaps I could stop carrying bleach with me to hotels.

Hi, Kimmy! I am afraid it is Monday. Monday Monday, can't stop that day..........

Today we are going over to my sister's and my mom is planning on teaching the boys to knit. It's actually something they have asked to learn, but I fear the typical boy short attention span may trip up her plans. We shall see.

Happy Monday

We went to bed last night still laughing about Raccoon for supper. My Mom, never knew anyone who ate it. And we're talking depression in the south.

Mr. Judi just ask about the hat as he made record time into Cadillac. Keep you eyes out for me ladies, Mr. Judi has a birthday in Oct. and just might need that hat to go with those red suspenders.

Hi Sassies!

How is everyone today? I am doing much better now, but was alittle freaked out this morning. It is a good thing my sister loves me....who else can you make a hysterical phone call to at 545 in the morning? SHe gave me the slap I needed and told me what to do

Apparently, I don't do well in an emergency situation that involves my children. Joey had another episode this morning....or at least a similiar one. He is fine....he was fine before we even got halfway to the hospital......but of course we still went in. I should have just told the doctor to medicate the mommy and all will be fine

After todays episode, I think he is really fine....I think this is a blood sugar thing and not a carnitine deficiency thing. He had refused dinner , so he woke up with a really low blood sugar....which caused the lethargic-ness (I think I am making up words..lol)

The doctor said that it is possible that his abnormal labs were just because he had been sick and isn't anything to overly worry about. We briefly talked to the specialist and are still all set for the August 11 appointment.

I need to find some way to get him to eat something....anything...just as long as he eats.

He charmed all the nurses...and thought he was big stuff because he got to pee in a cup If I had realized peeing in a cup was going to be such fun, I could ahve used that to potty train him when he was 2

Heather, try pediasure and ice cream at night. See if that will hold his sugar level. Most kids will drink a milkshake. Carnation Instant Breakfast works too.

Kendall's team won 1st place for the Extreme Routine they learned while at camp, 2nd for Cheer and Stunt and the Home Routine they went there with. They also won the Spirit Award for being the friendliest squad. The Spirit Award is voted on by all of the groups so I thought that says a lot about the girls since the were voted on by their peers. She had a great week, came home with practically no voice and can't wait to go back next year.

We leave in the morning for vacation so I'm not sure if I'll be checking in or not. Miss me, OK?

Hi hags! Home from Williamsburg! Great Wolf Lodge was a lot of fun, the indoor waterpark is a blast! The younger girls spent two days there. I only went to the waterpark yesterday; Brent took them to the waterpark today. Today I hung out with Heather, who "can't go swimming right now". We went to the Yankee Candle Flagship store, the outlet mall and to Olive Garden. We had a great time.

We listened to the song "I kissed a girl and I liked it" approx. 27 times over the past two days. My whole family enjoys it!
