To make a long story short we were bumped out of our King Suite last August by a conference. We were offered two complimentary nights in an executive suite this summer. Is there a difference between a King Suite and an Executive Suite. We are two adults and two children travelling.PS If anyone has pictures I would love to see them posted.
thanks

They are one in the same and allow a max of 3 occupants. There is a full size (they call it queen, nope) sofa bed in the sitting area as well as a TV armorire and a table. There is a King sized med in a seperate bedroom and one bathroom. Since you were bumped at the time how did they compensate or make the situation right at that moment?
I'm not sure how they allowed you to book 4 people into that room to begin with. :confused3
Tell them you would love an Island Suite instead.:rotfl:

You can see a King Suite here.

Do tell what is an island suite?
We had a portofino suite last year and that's what we were hoping for(something similar) two bathrooms etc.

Really it was just a joke. They have very few suite types at RPR and the only one offered as an upgrade or peace offering is the King Suite. They have two others that arent offered, the Island Hospitality Suite and the Presidential Suite.

I totally prefer the suites at portofino but the Kids Site at HRH is really nice too.

I would call the RPR and ask them how they will accommodate you since you have 4 in your party. King Suites (aka Executive Suites) only hold 3. Tell them you want a suite that will legally hold 4 and see what happens. Good luck! :)

What I'm wondering is how were you booked in a King Suite to begin with if you were 4 people?
