Rosen Inn nearest Universal vs, Rosen Inn at Pointe Orlando

I can get the same rate at either... Any pros or cons between these 2 hotels. This is my first non-disney florida trip. (always stayed on site at disney) This trip is universal, sea world, and then the ocean at St Pete Beach.
