I think that's why I love Pop so much. It was my first on-site stay, and it was with just me and my three kids. We bonded in a big way on that trip, and our Disney fever was sent into high gear.

I am so torn where to stay this August....I would love to walk out and see that beautiful POP pool...and then we want to stay at ASMu....oh what to do...I could do 1 week at both....

Aaron would be so jealous of Jarvis's Hummer, he always says to me that's the vehicle we should have to drive here in the winter.

I need to forget to have supper a few nights. Ever since the knee surgery, I have packed on the pounds. I have got to get out and walk more and quit eating pecan pie and apple pie.

Once we booked the spring break trip I went back to the tread mill, it's just way to cold outside to walk, still ice on the streets...
Did 4 nights in a row then missed 2 back at it today.
Eating less too....

I'm glad Baylor is feeling better and can eat. It's good that he has a long weekend to get his full strength back before facing school.

I'm going to let him eat normal today, we'll see how it goes!

I love your gingerbread house! They definitely aren't as easy to do as the pictures on the box make it look. This is a project that Erin and Ava also do with their grandma. It has become a fun tradition.

What a fun evening! I love nights where you go from having a small meal to having 20 people over. It is probably the thing I miss most about living here in Cincy. Of course, Ryan is from a small family and having EVERYONE together is 12 people so he found those parties rather overwhelming. Silly guy!

The gingerbread house came out great! We did our first one with the boys this year and they had a ball. Ryan was much like John and had his own plan of how it was going to look until I reminded him that this was not his project. I think next year he'll be buying a second house to do his own way.

We banished John to the upstairs so that we could have fun with the gingerbread house. That's an idea. I'll get two next year.

A week at each would be fun. I really like Music, too. It has a lot of fun activities at the pool for kids and movies every night on the big screen.

Drew loves pecan pie and Jill loves apple, so I just bought one of each. Sorry - nothing from scratch, but probably better and cheaper than what I could have made.

We're going shopping in just a little while. They had to get back for another birthday party this afternoon, and since there is no school tomorrow, I have the rest of the day free.

I would like to have a good treadmill. I had a cheap one a long time ago, but I would like a nice one that doesn't make a lot of noise. I like to walk outside best, of course. If I lived near WDW, I could walk a couple times around World Showcase every night.

I was determined to catch up on this report today... I haven't had much time to Dis since getting back from the world on the 10th.

It only took about 3.5 hours to read the 35 pages.

Loved all of the updates you've put up so far! The pictures are fantastic and I can tell you've had some great family time since your trip. It sounds like there will be a big crowd going to MOA this October (I checked, it's about a 7 hour drive from here... Louisville is about 9 hours...). You'd think being in the middle of the country would make things closer. Not so. With our move to KS later this year, Wigd's house would be my best bet to getting to meet you all.

I guess it's time to get off the computer and be productive for the day. It's only 2pm......

Wonderful pictures of Bella from Drew as well...so so sweet. I remember at the NYE meet when Drew picked up Bella Jill even commented on it because it's a rare event!! But, I think you are right - he does think she's awfully cute. How could you not?!

Did you take any close-ups of the Pop tree? What are the ornaments, it looks just beautiful.

you all are too cute! I love it! My DH and DS think I am the biggest dork when I try and put stuff like that together! I need a girl - I would at least get about 13 years out of a daughter before I was a Dork mom! I love the winter themed party- did you plan for the plates on the table to line up like a snowman in the first picture ( I couldn't figure out how to quote the reply without having all of the pictures in the reply- if anyone can each me I would be most appreciative - I am always lookin to brush up on my Dis-ing skills!). I love large and impromtu get togethers too- although I am a much better host when things are planned out but you seem to pull it off without a hitch and everyone looked happy and I am sure had happy full bellies! I know Bella did!

Speaking of boys- I am hiding out in the bedroom because DH is watching "Saw" I am petrified of scary movies- even the commercials- now if I had a daughter we would be hiding out in the bedroom together watching Cinderella or Snow White .

Oh and I love your Jim Shore piece- I would love to start collecting them but I am afraid of the damage $$$ I could do with those!

Sounds like a fun night. I love the gingerbread house. Also your Jim Shore. DH got me a Donuld Duck one for christmas. I think he might want a few friends to keep him company.
After christmas I got a gingerbread house and a gingerpop kit. The gingerpop kit was such a nightmare it made me scared to do the house. You made me in the mood to do it tonight now. It has been raining on and off the whole day and now I'm biting my nails watching the Jets game.
