Hi! I'm new! We are going to WDW next month. I am in the process of making all kinds of reservations. I couldn't get a reservation for Be Our Guest for dinner. My friend told me that there were fast passes available for lunch. I haven't see anything in the fast pass selections as a choice. Any suggestions would be great! Thanks!

i just posted the same question on this page. look for my name and you can see the responses.

I went and searched for Sven's post/answers but didn't see the answer to this question and am wondering the same thing.

Is there a certain time it becomes available? Does it just appear one day? DO you have to do something special to see it?

if you get to the park early enough, you might be able to snag one as a walk up. you may have to wait a bit, but you may get in. keep calling several times a day for reservations, as people cancel all the time. it may not be when you want, but at least you're in!
the wait for lunch is not longer than about 25 minutes! but just be mindful to try to eat when others are not. traditional lunch hours are most crowded. a few minutes before or after standard lunch times can make a huge difference in wait times.

The FP for BOG isn't listed on the page with the other FP+s. It is a special link you have to follow and you must have an on-site reservation to make book the FP.

Just keep trying on the website. I was able to get one for my trip about one month out (they become available at 180 days, but I didn't even book this trip that far out). After weeks of checking every day eventually I snagged one. For lunch, If you want to eat early, the line at 10:30 was not that long and I was able to have lunch there too as just a walk up (about a 15 minute wait to order). Good luck to you!

Sorry, but approximately how far ahead of time does the window open for BOG FP reservations?

Are you sure they are available at 180 days out?

Dining reservations are available at 180 days out yes. FP for BOG is different. You need to be staying onsite, and you need the link posted by pp because it is a separate website altogether. It will not be in the regular FP selections.

BOG is still one of the most sought after reservations and is still very popular and is often booked up 180 days out. Your only hope is for a cancellation you can snag, or try for a walkup for dinner. Otherwise, a FP for lunch is possible.

The FP for lunch is "supposed" to be by invitation only, but if you have an onsite reservation and that link, you can make one. I don't know how far out you can make them.

Yes, as Amy said, all ADRs can be made 180 days out, including BOG. It's kinda ridiculous, I know. I don't know what I want to eat tomorrow, much less half a year from now. Still, it is what it is.

Check the website every day. I might have gotten lucky as I was only a party of 2, but I was able to get one about a month out.

For the lunch FP thing, I got an invitation with a special number. I didn't end up using it because we changed our park days at the last minute.

If you book at your 180+10 you should be able to find something towards the end of your trip. If you check in Nov 10 for example.. Everyone who checks in Nov 1-9 has already beaten you to the punch up until the 19th...
The lunch fastpass will be an email but I am not sure when or how soon they send those out to guest..

A disney cast member told me that I would receive an email link with a BOG lunch reservation invitation 28 days out from our date of arrival. This was after she was unable to help me get a dinner reservation there. I don't know if they are sending them to people as a consolation prize or what. You could try calling to see if you could get an invitation.

Sorry for not being clear! I was asking about fp lunch not dinner. So about a month before?

There doesn't seem to be a rhyme or reason for when. Some are getting them over a month or so out while I have never been able to book more than about 10 days out. I have already used it a few times. Right now I can book for the next week but not past that.

It is set up for only Disney Resort Guests.

I got my FP+ for BoG lunch around 6 weeks out. If you look around on the dining boards, there may be a thread you can follow where people are posting when they are able to get the BOG FP+. That's how I found out my window was open. I did get the email invite probably around 25-28 days out, but the only time slot open was the same as what I already had. Good luck!!

Yes, you don't need the email invite, just the link and your reservation number.
