Rental car drop fees

I am thinking about flying into FLL, taking my niece to a couple National Parks, going to WDW, and then hitting more National Parks flying out of ATL. Which rental car companies do not charge a fee for returning a car to another location? I believe hertz doesn't, but not sure who else. Any help would be appreciated!!!

Actually almost all of them charge a drop fee if you leave FLORIDA. Within Florida they do not charge a fee. Do not trust the online booking when doing this, call the rental agency and verify the rental.

Now I understand that some rental car compnaies have started their annual migration sale where cars taken North from Florida don't have drop fee, but the timing on that is limited and you have to take the car to selected sites.
