If I looked at that picture and didn't know how it was, I would think it was a younger Elizabeth Perkins, maybe her sister. Elizabeth is a very pretty lady and so I'm not knocking Renee for looking like her, but it's such a stark contrast from who she used to be.

You know, I don't think I've seen Renee in anything for years. What was the last movie she made? I only bring it up because I wonder if she's doing all this work thinking she will look better, get more parts, etc and the opposite is happening. But I could be out of touch about what she's been in recently.

Yea Kenny's surgery has got to be high on the "botched plastic surgery" list. I remember the first time I saw him on TV post-op.

Normally, I'm not one for plastic surgery. I think it can be very dangerous messing with what mother nature has created. I personally would be terrified I'd end up with a bad plastic surgery like Meg Ryan had or Kenny Rogers. Anyway, with Renee, I have to say that I honestly feel she looks better. I never cared for her eyes before because they were just so squinty. I found some other pictures of her and I just like the look. I think she looks older (not old, but older than when she was in Bridgette Jones' Diary), but I haven't seen a picture of her in YEARS. It's natural she would look older. I also think that the way she is doing her makeup is adding to her looking different. She is going for a more natural makeup job than in the past.

While the surgery may have changed her looks, the fact that the "new" pic isn't really very complimentary isn't helping. She doesn't really look like she has much makeup on, and her hair looks blah. Barely a smile, etc. Maybe as time goes on, we'll see better pics and will feel differently.

I kind of feel sorry for her. I could be wrong, but didn't she become a bit skeletal a few years ago? She obviously has issues with her looks.

Her face turned out better than Jennifer Grey's . That is one person I have to do a double take and think real hard who she is when I see her now. Renee looks better to me, she looks like a woman instead of a squinty girl.

I agree she doesn't look horrible she just doesn't look like herself. She blends in with the rest of hollywood now.
