Not at Disney yet. Universal has one.

ETA - there is one for the water parks. Almost forgot.

Yes unfortunately not at the theme parks I looked last week when we were there because I wanted to purchase one but nope they don't have them.It's a shame though cause they would of got more of my $$ if they had them instead I just drank my bottled water I brought in.Hopefully they will add these,I get them at every amusement park we go to but so far none from Disney other than the resort mugs.I've never been to the water parks.
