Redeeming AP Certificate

I purchased my AP certificate at a Disney Store. On the back it says that they can only be redeemed at one of the four parks. It says nothing about the customer service locations in Downtown Disney.

Is this true?

Yes, you have to redeem them at one of the 4 parks. You take it directly to the guest services window.

Welcome to the Dis Millipore. If you really want to redeem it at DTD I would give Disney a call and ask. I don't know much about the AP voucher because our Disney Store doesn't sell them. Have a wonderful trip!

I redeemed an AP voucher at DD a couple of years ago. We went to the guest services office behind Team Mickey (near the restrooms on the parking lot side).

I traded in my voucher for my AP at Downtown Disney guest services in January of this year. No line, and very friendly CMs.

All vouchers regardless of where purchased or what ticket media it is for can be exchanged at either DTD Guest Relations.

Exchanged my voucher at the West Side this past Sunday, 4/13. No fuss. No waiting.
