So it's been a little while since I posted. We've had a few dramas and changes along the way but I think everything is coming together at last.

So it took us a lot of sleepless nights to decide to cancel the MK shoot

Being 10 days after the wedding just will not work for us. For one we're on the DxDDP and we really don't want to have to watch what we eat and make sure our tans are even for 10 whole days!! Plus we would have to pay additional $$ for new floral and hair and make-up and with the extra to pay for the CD of the images we just didn't think it was worth it.

So instead we have hired STVS for videography and Randy Chapman for photography with the funds we had set aside for the MK shoot and we are very happy about it

Bex sweetie - So sorry you had to change your plans, but IMHO you made the right decision. MK portrait sessions are becoming far more hassle than they are worth lately and the resulting pictures have been far from consistant!!! Randy is much better value - you will adore him!!

I do feel a lot better now that it is done. No worries about which photographer we get. At least this way we know we are going to get great photos

Plus, it was such a huge chunk of money that we saved that we have now also upgraded from the studio at OKW to the one bedroom villa for the whole 3 weeks of our trip - I am so excited! Only 10 weeks today until we fly out

Not long at all then for you! We still have 6 weeks to go and I am itching to get packing!

Still waiting for our BEO so that we can pay the balance which is due at the end of the month and as I know we have to post it back I'm hoping they get it to us soon.

Then the dress is due in on 10th October and I am in the process of getting a veil custom made because I couldn;t find one that was just right so there is actually quite a lot still to do

Simon finally got his suit though and it is lovely

3 weeks today! So excited!

My veil arrived last week and tonight I am going for my first dress fitting, fingers crossed it all goes well

Just need to get new shoes for DF and we are sorted

Yay! Only 2 weeks now

The fitting went great - I needed to have it taken in a lot which makes the changes I wanted on the straps even easier. I get to pick it up today
