Question about "normal" (non hurricane) rains

Do they do the parades & shows (like Cindy's Surprise Celebration & Belle's Storytime) if it rains? Or are only the indoor attractions open? It sounds like it rains every afternoon. Does this happen b4 the parade or what? We'll be there at the end of the month so maybe the rain is less frequent that time of year then the summer/beginning of Sept.

It there is lightning then the outdoor rides will close. If it a little rain they will make the decision close to the parade time if it will go on.

The stage shows will usually not happen if it is raining hard. There is still lots to do in the rain. Lot's of folks will leave but if you have a poncho you can do lots of things.

We definately have our ponchos - thanks to the DIS tips!!
But we planned our arrival afternoon around the parade & shows only (wanted to save the rides for the next day). Yikes, may have to make a "rainy day" agenda just in case. I am not a "go with the flow" kind of person. I need plans!!
