Quesion about points at two different resorts

I recently purchased points at SS. My question is.. Lets assume I later purchase points at another DVC other then SS. If I have 100 pts at each resort but want to use the total 200 for one that I have as a primary, can I do this 11 months out or do I have to book 100 and use them the following year to go 11 months out? I am under the impression that I have to book points and use them the following year in order to go 11 months out and combine points. I have 150 at SS now and am thinking of later adding 150 at BW.

You can only use points for your home resort at the 11 month window. If you have 150 at SSR, that is what you can use in one year, but you can also borrow from the following year to have 300 points at your disposal at the 11 month window. If you purchased 150 at BWV, then you could do the same thing there. That means you could bank or borrow for one resort one year and the other resort the next. If you want to use all current year points at the same resort, you must use the 7 month booking window.
