Private School Tuition Payments?

Once per month over 12 months. Two payments per year that gives a small discount. One whole payment that gives a little more of a discount. We have paid 39 years of private schooling for the 3 children and the baby will graduate this year, all done.

Lutheran school Pre-K to 8th grade.
*Tuition installments August to May.
*Discounts available for - members of the church, more than one child registered/enrolled, full payment paid up front.
*Payment by cash/check that can either be mailed or sent in with child. ETA: Oops, forgot that the school also accepts credit cards as well, but their is an authorization form that is filled out at the beginning of the year if you choose this option.
*Registration fee every year if registering for the following school year.

We haven't used a service in the past. However, they are looking at that possibility for the next school year.

We pay by check. However, since the first installment for the next school year is due by August 1st, we try to make sure to start setting aside the money in June.

I used to mail our check in, but lately have been sending it in with DS7 to the attention of the bookkeeper. (Our school is small with less than 20 kids per class.)
