The location for Wishes is the pavillion near the Plaza restaurant, located between Main Street and Tomorrowland. It's open to everyone during the day, but gets roped off prior to the show, and you have to give them your pass to get in. You do get chairs to sit in as well. It's not my favorite location, but it's nice to have a definite spot so close. Just be aware of where the trees are, because we ended up with 1/2 the fireworks behind the trees.
For Illuminations the location is the boat landing near Morocco. Again, it's open during the day, but gets roped off close to the show and requires a pass for admittance. No chairs here, or even the ability to sit -- you must stand. This is a bad location in my opinion. It just doesn't look like the same show as it does from the UK, Germany, or China -- my favorite locations. If I got the Silver Plan again I'd skip this preferred location and stake out a spot in China about 45 minutes prior and grab a bite to eat, but that's just me!
I'm not sure what the location is for the parade in AK, as we're not AK lovers and didn't even bother with this. Hopefully someone else can fill you in on that...
