Popcorn Bucket Question

I have the YOMD from the MK, and a different one from AK, and I did see the TSM bucket from HS, but didn't get it, and all of these have been bought this year, so there is hope!! :) The AK one has a greenish lid, the MK one is blue.

We just got back on Tuesday and I got a Toy Story Popcorn bucket from HS. I am pretty certain MK had the YOAMD one and Epcot and AK had a park specific one.

I'm in the process of downloading pictures from my camera now, if I have any of the bucket I'll post it for you!

We visited in January 2008 (29-31st) and got YOMD bucket at MK and an animal/jungle one at AK. I was surprised at how good the popcorn was! Yummy.

Did someone request photos of the new Toy Story bucket?! WISH GRANTED!

Wow, the TSM popcorn bucket is so cool!

This is the Main Street Electrical Parade popcorn bucket. I have lots more but they're at my aunt and uncle's house. I'll try to get pics of them.
* Sorry for the quality, I had to take this pic on a cell phone camera.

after reading a recent article about the 10 worst things to eat at movies and learning that a large popcorn with butter has 74g of fat, 48 of which are saturated, popcorn is not so appealing to me. :(

Yes, it is bad, but nobody eats an entire large popcorn alone. Our whole family or 6 will share a bucket at the movies. Of course we also have soda, a variety of candies......;)

In 2004 I bought a Disney's Animal Kingdom and a Magic Kingdom popcorn bucket. They were both different, and were both themed towards the certain park in which the popcorn bucket was purchased at. They were very beautiful. However, around the holidays, I noticed that the buckets all had the same designs. I'm guessing it would be the same for the Year of A Million Dreams, but I hope not.

I know you can't get a bucket of popcorn with a DDP Snack Credit, but can you pay the difference to upgrade?

If not, how much is a bucket of popcorn?

Hello to all my fellow popcorn lovers!! I was lucky enough to go to Tokyo this past spring and we hit up Tokyo Disney and DisneySea. Both were awesome parks and the Japanese love their popcorn. And not just butter flavor...I had honey, soda, caramel, strawberry, capuccino, chocolate, pepper, salt.

Each popcorn cart had it's own popcorn bucket too. Probably 5 different buckets per park. I bought one in each park, a honey pot bucket from Tokyo Disney and a Tower of Terror bucket from DisneySea. Once you bought the bucket you can get refills at the different flavored carts for only a couple of bucks USD. I will try to post some pics later on!

I love buying the Popcorn at Disney, it's sooooooooooo good and I love the buckets!

I have a really cool one from when I went to Disneyland with the Nemo Sub's on it! And got a popcorn bucket from MVMCP in 2006, that is really cute!

I would love the Toy Story bucket, but I know I won't be able to get one as we are not going to HS this trip.:( We are just doing the MK park before we do are 7 day DCL Trip!

I would love it, if Disney came out with a Wall-E bucket!

When we were there in October there were YOAMD buckets. They did sell a different bucket at MNSSHP but it was only available at the party.

That is exactly how I remember it when I was there in May. I bought 2 buckets 1 a Toy Story Mania one from DHS and I think the other was from AK. I didn't have room to bring it home so I gave it to a friend from FL who drove down to see it. I know it was NOT a YOMD bucket.

Anybody know about how much the buckets of popcorn cost? :)
I think $3.75 and you can NOT use the DDP credit for it.

We've got a different bucket from each park and then a YOMD one from MK and a halloween/fall one from the MNSSHP. In June AK still had their own as did Hollywood Studios since we got those 2 just a couple weeks ago.

So has anyone asked if you can pay the difference between the DDP snack credit and the bucket price, to upgrade ?

I'm guessing that it's not allowed.
