HI first time going to Disney. Is there anything I should know before I go? What about the resort? Any tips...

I have never been to the POP. I just to say congrats to your first trip. Do not over planned your first trip unless it is your dinner reservations.
So go ahead, go to every attractions (YES!! even the kiddie ride if you can) Be adverturous.
