Hi, we’re looking for a 2 BR villa for 2 adults and 6 (yes 6) kids ages 9-15 for Aug 2025 for 8 nights (something like Aug 16-24 but we have flexibility). We want to keep costs down so an AKV value would be amazing. Otherwise AKV or SSR villa would be fine.

I believe that would be in the 250-300 points, correct? Thank you!
