POFQ to Boardwalk Resorts

What's the best way to get from POFQ to the Boardwalk Resort.

I think we may have to go to Downtown Disney and then pick up a resort bus ...?

Any help would be appreciated.

You could also bus to MGM and then walk or boat to Boardwalk. If it's after MGM closing, then DTD would be your option or a cab.
