Good morning!

I'm trying to get my sorry as, I mean rear moving so I can bring Jake into DC and do the events that do not require a ticket outside of the White House. Then he wants to head over to the Natural History Museum and look at the bugs (the tarantula is pretty cool--we got to hold it last year). So I'm drinking coffee so it can run through me before I go get on Metro.

Yep, I will, the 17th to the 2nd. Girls only, me, the Dsis and two DN.

My date ended up great. He's so cute, once I get the pics put on my computer I'll post them. He sure does like sleeping in trees. I was worried Friday because they were calling for thunderstorms. I was hoping though that because it was Good Friday and because of the weather there wouldn't be to many people there. We got to the zoo and ended having to park in the furthest parking lot away, after taking a slight detour and having to backtrack. The National zoo sits on the side of a hill basically and the panda's are at the top, the parking lot was at the bottom. About half way up the hill it started to rain, ten minutes later we had nice sunny skies. Both of the adult pandas were awake and had just been served lunch when we got there. I got some great pics of the two of them. Tai Shan now has a new tree, he got to big for the other one, he was perched in this tree about 20 feet in the air taking a nap.

Saturday we all went to the Air and Space Museum Hudvair-Hazy Center out near Dulles Airport. It was so cool, they have the first Space Shuttle, Enterprise, a Lockhead Blackbird and a Concord. Those along with probably a hundred or more other aircraft.

Yesterday I just laid around and did nothing, thought about getting on the Dis and just didn't have the energy.

Good morning. So how was everyones Easter? Ours was very nice in spite of the heavy rain. DH, Allison and I made it fine to my dad's, but DD Debbie and her BF didn't. They had a minor fender bender. Her BF is such a drama queen. had us frantic thinking Debbie's car was totaled. Damage wasn't bad at all. The other car according to Debbie had a few scratches. I would love to linch him.

All in all we had a real nice time though. Always do when we get together with family. A lot of kids. very noisey. guess I am getting to old for all that noise. hate to admit it was kind of getting to me.
next Saturday we will be getting together again for my step brother's DDs birthday. need to pick up some ear plugs

Had a lazy Easter, did nothing. I had gone to my friends church Saturday morning with my neice for their Easter Egg hunt, oh what fun. Accidentally kicked the crap out of this little boy. They had eggs hidden throughout the church classrooms for the younger children and I was in one of them with my neice and friends son standing next to a table. When I went to turn around this kid was on his knees picking up eggs under the table right behind me and I ran into him, kicked him and knocked his head into the table. Had a nice Easter dinner, snow crab legs and fried oysters. This morning though my tummy decided to regift, I belched and oh my goodness, tasted like week old fish.

It's been an on and off busy day here, then ds10 comes home with a new website that his friend Lydia's older brother told him he had to check out, and it just so happens to involve the name Jenna Jameison! My Gawd! I explained to ds what kind of site it was, and now have a call into Lydia's parents. I'm sure the older boy knew what he was doing, and I just want the parents to know about it. Oy--internet porn at 10--I can't deal!
