See you all in a few hours...I'm making myself walk out the door. :wave2:

And even worse later I have to bring Ben to Univ of MD for his sleep study and we're supposed to have a "wintery mix"--hopefully that will mean snow and sleet and NOT ice. :scared: I'm already worked up about driving there during rush hour.

so is this a 'we're friends, lets' go out on a date' kind of date or is it a 'hubba, hubba   , let's go on a date' kind of date?
I sat across the asle on a plane once(in Business class when i worked for United) once, but it's not the same as next to a governor at dinner!

Some where in between...:confused3 Not Quite  , but not  either.

;)
Umm honey I think he thought you were offering. ;)

Well it's not every day that a group of porn star/phone operators come for dinner. :rolleyes1

:rotfl2: :rotfl2:
I think Jman was selling tickets for them to come out and see us!

And did anyone else see when that lovely distinguished couple tried to come out and sit on the patio and Jman was over there in a flash to tell them that they would be MUCH MORE comfortable inside! :lmao:

They even seemed to be arguing that they REALLY wanted to sit outside :rotfl2: I wish I could have heard the entire conversation. They went back inside pretty fast. I can't imagine why???? :rolleyes1

Oh yes, are you referring to that lovely couple that wanted to sit near the dor and *someone* (I can't imagine who) was yelling "DON'T DO IT"!

Morning girls and boys.........we are supposed to drive for 10 hours today. Can anyone say headache?????????????;)

Can anyone say Sedation??

Every time I see you live in Levittown, I hear that Billy Joel song in my head.........you know the one?

:confused3 which one? I know he's from around the philly area. but I haven't really paid too much attention to him.

Ah, the one about war............."children lived in Levittown, under their desks in an air raid drill, as their fathers marched off to war, what do we keep on fighting for......." not the exact lyrics order I'm sure, I'm not up to googling and haven't heard it now in about 2 years................but pretty close.

Hi Tiff, bye Tiff. No sedation, can't take morning shift already due to my many morning meds. ;)

Thanks MJ!

Gotta pack up and go.

My DD just called the cat...she called out "Tig" and I turned around. :rotfl2:

Found it!

I actually don't remember this song.I may have to get it from Itunes now.

Leningrad Lyrics
Artist: Billy Joel

Victor was born
The spring of 44
and never saw
His father anymore
The child of sacrifice
child of war
Another son who never had
A father after Leningrad
Went off to school
and learned to serve his state
follow the rules
and drank his vodka straight
the only way to live
was drown the hate
the russian life was very sad
and such was life in leningrad

I was born in 49
A cold war kid in the McCarthy times
Stop 'em at the 38th parallel
blast those yellow reds to hell
cold war kids were hard to kill
under their desks in an air raid drill
haven't they heard we won the war
what do they keep on fighting for?
Victor was sent
to some red army town
served out his time
become a circus clown
the greastst happiness
he'd ever found
was making russian children glad
when children lived in leningrad.

The children lived in Levittownhid in the shelters underground
Til the soviets turned their ships around
torn the cuban missiles down
and in that bright October sun
we knew our childhood days were done
I watched my friends go off to war
What do they keep on fighting for?

So my child and I came to this place
to meet him , eye to eye and face to face
He made my daughter laugh
Then we embraced
We never knew what friends we had
Until we came to Leningrad.

Someone PM me the story about boxes and air conditioners and people with matching lines in their sigs. Some people from this thread have been delaying this for a few days now, and a large group of people are becoming agitated. I'm just trying to keep the peace. Hello to all.:wave2: I am a newbie on this thread. I was drawn by the name. I have been been quit crazy this past few months. I am also driving my DH crazy. I am self employed and have no health insurance. I had let mine go so I could find anouther than I herniated a disk in my back. I had surgery 25,000 dollars. Any way the strain of all that has put me in early menapause. I am 43. I was wondering how long this will last? :confused3 Will DH and I live through it? :scared1: Is there anything I can do. I have sweats durring the night. I cry about anything. I get so aggrevated.:sad2: I would not take estrogen even if I went to the doctor. I took it before and got fibroids. I am trying some herbal I got from Wal-mart. I don't drink caffeine and I exercise. I would appreciate any help at all. (Somone stop this ride I want off.)
