Hi OP....I reviewed the questions on your survey. I think you missed a valid point. Not every trip is the same. I.e., when we travel with extended family, we prefer to stay in an offsite vacation home or condo due to space. OTOH, if it's just me and DH, we prefer to stay onsite at a deluxe. In fact we have those exact trips scheduled for this year so I wasn't sure how to answer your questions.

True, and thank you for pointing that out. I was assuming that people would respond based on the type of trip they most often take. For example, although I have taken trips with extended family/friends, most of my trips are just my husband and our son, so I would have answered based on those trips. I'll see if there is a place where I can clarify that...

The one question I had problems with was why I stayed onsite. I chose Disney Dining Plan, but I think that is misleading because I stay onsite for free dining only.

Another option for offsite that wasn't mentioned was camping offsite. I know not a lot of people camp offsite, but I did once as a kid. It was way cheaper than even Fort Wilderness was at the time!

I recently had to conduct research via a survey for my graduate thesis. You never realize how hard it is to write a question/response until you try to cover all possible responses! Good luck!

Did it. On the reason for staying offsite, you're missing what I think is a big reason for many to stay offsite--price.
