Check out the DIS video of this years Chrisrmas Party under Podcast tab and Disney World 11/10/15. They have a video with clips from this year.

Reindeer are still working but further back (look on right side when you see the Bears).

And, of course, you can see the Bears.

(Maybe next year we get to see Christmas Party in person again)
