We still have our power but for who knows how long

I went in to work for a few hours even though just about everything in the Washington, DC metro area is closed.

Most of our callers are not from the local area so they expect help even if the east coast is having a major storm and they certainly did call about their laptops, wireless devices etc.

Thanks Jud, but I am on a Help Desk for an educational study. Our callers are retired people who for the most part, retired from schools before computers were in classrooms. They were hired to work for us for their educational expertise not their technical know-how which leads to some interesting calls!

Stupid hurricane. No school today or tomorrow. I am spending time with the kids next week. It is supposed to be quiet time for Gary during the week. For those closer in the path then me be safe and don't try and take action shots of it. CNN will put pics on if you take them but not if you dumb things to get them.

Anyway, as Jud always says "Look up."
