Picture Collages from SSR

Just got back from a week at SSR. What a great resort and a great time we had!!! I've begun putting together some picture collages from the hundreds of photos we took. Here are the first two and I thought I'd share them with fellow SSR lovers...

Great pictures! You really captured the beauty of the resort. How were you able to group them that way?? (I still haven't figured out how to post them at all let alone in a collage! ) You should post them on the 'SSR Owners & Lovers' thread!

Gosh, nicely done! Posting pictures isn't my forte! The whole photobucket thing, Yikes!

Canon 40D with a couple of differnet lenses.

BTW...thanks to everyone for the nice comments. I just thought this was a nice way to pull together some of the numerous photos that we (DW & I) shot.

If you walk the bike trail on SSR you'll notice the Furlong sign posts. There are 8 of them, so I was thinking of doing eight of these collages. If there's interest I'll post the others as I complete them.

Wow! Thanks for the nice comment. I'm not really sure that they are quite that good? Thanks though!!!

To create these I used Photoshop CS3 and started with an 8x10 canvas and then simply added one picture after another using layers and some creative cropping. Really simple to do, actually. I then shrank them down to 800 x 1000 pixels so they could be shown on the web.
