PI Fireworks from SSR - now online!

Hi all,

Just a quick note to let you know that I've put up online a video of the Pleasure Island Fireworks as seen from SSR (Room 2812). It can be seen at <url>http://www.barrybedford.com/dvc/ssr.shtml</url>

Over the next few days I'll be posting up more videos of the SSR resort & Vero Beach.

Barry the video is great thanks so much for that. I love the panning over the resort in the beginning.....but the fireworks SUCK! Thanks so much for posting the video. Now I know not to stay up past 12 for that. God I hope they get a better show going. It is shameful and I cannot believe Disney would put their name on that.

I know the show is very short and in my opinion not worth waiting up for, unless you're actually in PI having a drink !!!!

Thanks for the video. I agree with 3DisneyNUTS, especially enjoyed the resort views before the 34 second (yes I timed it) fireworks extravaganza. Last year one of the characters in the adventurers club was teasing us for wanting to leave the club to see the fireworks, this confirms his reasons.

Nice. Good video from you - not shakey at all when you were doing that pan of the resort.

Considering the fireworks are free, I see no reason to complain about them! At least they are there for the viewing!

Isn't this all there ever was in the way of fireworks at PI? So what's to complain about, it isn't like they created the show for SSR owners to view and billed it as an extravaganza. I too wish they were longer, but it sure isn't worth complaining about.

No but it isn't worth it for us to stay up for themwas the main point of my statement. JMHO

What building # would I ask for so I can see these fireworks? is that floor 2? Also if I ask for that would that building be close to the bus stop?
