Penciled in?

So we were penciled in for September 7th, 2009. I understand we can't do anything until that date a year prior but when do we find out if that's our date or not?

Do we call September 7th first thing in the morning and "claim" it or do we wait for a phone call from them? I'm getting anxious 'cause that date is almost here.

They should call you but I would still give them a call lol. How exciting!! I am sure you will get your date

I didn't get penciled in when I called. Should I call back? Or should I call October 12, first thing?

my date is September 05. i was told they would do the dates on the 8th and i would hear from them on the 10th to confirm my date and location. since the 7th is on a sunday they will probably pull your dates on monday as well.
