We are entering the second fall/winter in the house we currently live in. One neat feature has been the two large pecan trees in the back yard. They give great shade in the summer, and last year carpeted the yard with pecans beginning in early November. This year zip... zero... nada... no pecans at all, not even any nuts budding on the trees.
Do pecan trees take a year off? Did something happen to these seemingly healthy trees?
