Palo solo?

I will be a single mom on board, husband has to stay home and work. Should I go to Palo alone or will I feel out of place? Will I have to join someone else dining alone or can I just enjoy my diiner solo?

I have enjoyed dinner there several times by myself.
If anything you will get even more special attention from the crew

I would definitely go for it!
As the previous poster said, the staff will make sure that you feel welcome. Also, you might link up with someone here or on the ship. It doesn't necessarily have to be another single. My husband and I have linked up with single cruisers at Palo.

If you would like to eat with someone else, post a message on the thread for your cruise and see who you can meet on these boards - worked great for me and I really enjoyed it! If you prefer to eat alone - make sure you don't hesitate to ask for double entrees or desserts since there are fewer people to share

I agree with Barbara - post a note in the thread for your cruise on the cruise meets board. Some couples look at Palo as their way to have that intimate diinner for 2 but you never know if there might not be another solo traveler or a group planning to go that you could be a part of. If that doesn't happen I wouldn't hesitate to eat alone - I'm sure they will pamper you!

Definately go by yourself..you will love it.

The servers are so wonderful...they will chat it up with you and make you feel very comfortable.
