Just to explain banking/borrowing and multiple home resorts, it would work like this:
Suppose you own 75 points each at OKW and BWV
It would work like this:
Year 1: Borrow your year 2 OKW points, and make a 150 point OKW reservation at 11-months. Bank your BWV points into year 2.
Year 2: You receive no OKW points since you had borrowed them the previous year. You get 75 BWV points which along with the 75 you banked from year 1, gives you 150 BWV points which you use to make a 150 point BWV reservation at 11-months.
Year 3. Repeat year 1's usage., etc.
In this scenario, every other year you would be at OKW, then BWV.
Now, if you had more than two home resorts, you bank/borrow as needed. Keep in mind that with banking/borrowing, you basically have triple your points once every 3 years. So if you had 3 resorts of 50 points each, every 3rd year you could have 150 points at a specific home resort. Say you also had 50 VWL points, and 50 OKW and 50 BWV
You want to use your VWL points in year 2, so in year 1 bank them. Year 2, take that year's allocation of 50, plus the 50 previously banked (total 100), and borrow the next year's, for a new total of 150. Make an 11-month reservation at VWL.
You would do the same with OKW and BWV, so that every 3rd year you're at one of your 3 resorts, alternating each year.
It would take a little bit of balancing the first few years, but eventually you'd have it worked so one year it's 150 points at OKW, the next year it's 150 points at BWV, and the 3rd year it's 150 points at VWL. This pattern would then repeat.
Hope that helps.
