Overland Donner Bag

Received my bag yesterday, and while I really like the style of the bag, I do not like the color of the interior! I ordered the blue bag, which I could never find a picture of the inside. It is white, tan, blue, and brown polka dots - just not my thing. I'm going to return it and get the slate/plum.

Didn't take photos, but just to test it out, I was able to get 2 pairs of children's shorts, 2 children's tops, 2 pairs of children's underpants, my camera, my cell phone, my wallet, sunscreen, lip balm, 2 bottles of water, and my camera in it, with room to spare.

You could also put those outfits in ziplock bags and let the air out. That would give you a ton of more room.

Sorry to hear you didn't like the blue. I didn't care for the interior pictures that I saw on shoebuy. I just ordered the slate/plum as well for my daughter so I can't wait till it arrives.

I also liked the lime green. Wouldn't be hard to find my bag that way...

Went to shoebuy.com to do my exchange today, and in looking at the pictures I decided to purchase the red - I think it's called picante? Wanted a fun bag for Disney, and I know my DH would NEVER carry the green!

I dont like to carry big bags, and I thought that the donner looked too big, so I ordered the Overland Placer instead. I love this bag! It is almost the same as the Donner, but smaller. Trying it out today, I was able to fit in my wallet, keys, digital camera, cigs, and lighter, cell phone, poncho, pens, and there is still room for more, enough room for an autograph book, or maps, plus lots of little stuff....The only thing it doesn't have is the water bottle holders, but thats okay....

I ordered the Overland Equipment Donner in Chocolate/Soma and Overland Equipment Jojo in Dark Oak, could not get this one in Chocolate. They should be here today. I got the little one for when I don't need the big bag. Can't wait to see them. Thanks everyone for the posts.

I got the Chocolate/Soma too! I really like it. I wish I was more adventurous to try the beautiful colors but would like to match every day! Anyway - it seems perfect - I wish the strap was chocolate color too and not black but I'll live

I just got my bag today (slate/plum) and I love it. It seems roomier than the bagallini. This one is a keeper!

I'm going on a bus trip to NY in June or July and I know it will be my best friend. It will hold drinks for DD and myself plus snacks.

I was actually in NY the first week of December for an overnight bus trip. We had so much fun and even tackled the subway to pay our respects at Ground Zero.

I'm taking my DD on a day trip to visit the American Girl store, FOA Swartz, M&M store, etc...things she will like. She's so excited to go since she's never been there and heard how much fun mommy had.

I was worried the slate would be dull/drab however it's a nice soft shade of gray and the interior of my bag is more a pink than plum, however I tend to be a pink person, so it suits me to a tea. It seems more than roomy enough to hold everything I think I need and the one or two things extra.

Thanks to the poster who recommended the bag (darn menopause) I just can't recall who it was!
