Sorry I can't help with the size compared to the Baggallini. I don't have that one and my Overland is due to arrive tomorrow. It does look like a roomy bag but not too big & bulky.

If you don't like it, you could always return it.

I bought the Baggallini last year, used it one day at WDW and it was too small. Is this bag just a little bit bigger? Ideally I'd like to fit autograph books, couple of snacks, camera, phone, and water bottles. Not to mention the maps fo the park, tickets, etc. I'm ready to click purchase, I just want to make sure it's a little bigger than the Baggallini. One more question, does anyone know what color 'slate' really is?

I ordered a baggalini and returned it the same day. I now am using my Overland Donner daily! It bought the black with the daisy lining, which I love! As far as the size, both bags are almost the same size as far as the compartment space. The main differences are the strap styles, and the two bottle pouches on the Overland. I hope this helps.

I'm expecting my Overland Donner today from Shoebuy.com as well. I must be going insane (or I have no life) but I had a dream last night that I ordered the Slate/pink bag and received the black with Daisy flower lining.

Getting "the perfect bag" before each Dis trip is becoming as big a part as the planning itsself LOL!!!!!
(They've gotten considerably smaller with every trip and I think this may be the best/smallest one yet)

I just received my bag in the mail! Yay! Ok, I ordered the slate w/pink lining and it looks exactly like the picture online. The material feels very light, almost like the baggallini nylon, except the Donner is made of like a canvas-y type of material (denier?).

What I love about it is the pockets are very deep. I haven't put anything in the bag yet (except a book) but I'm dying to find out what kind of water bottles/baby bottles I can fit in the side pockets. I tell you those side pockets are the selling point of this bag.

Another thing that I love is the the strap is adustable so it doesn't have to hang so low. I believe I will keep this bag.

I used my baggallini this whole weekend and I just love it so much. I think both bags have a place in my life.

Edited to add: OMG! I just realized I can put a water bottle and snacks in the side pocket and sneak them into the movie theater and no one would know a thing!

I'm like a kid in a candy store right now. My bag arrived...

I was a little nervous when I noticed the side of the box wasn't sealed. I thought for sure I was going to have an empty box. Needless to say, it was inside.

I ordered the plain black so it would go with anything. Once I saw it, I was shocked at it's size. I thought it was going to be a little bigger than what it was. For me, it's the PERFECT size and I just LOVE it.

I looked at the bottle holders and thought "great, my sippy cups won't be fitting in there". Once again, it was deceiving. Both of my favorite spill proof cups fit and still look hidden. The only thing I might do is to put velcro on the inside pocket or leave it as is and store my camera in that part.

I can't believe that I found a bag that meets my picky criteria. Not to big and bulky but enough room to hold snacks, my camera and whatever else I want to take. This is going to be great to use when my daughter has field trips.

This is an awesome bag and I want to thank others who recommended it!!!

This part was a little "iffy" for me. I also thought about buying a strip of velcro to put on here. Somehow I can see this losing its grip after a while.

Yeah and I was afraid of it wearing off and then the pocket being sticky from where I tried putting it. I think I'll just leave it as is and put my camera in there for now unless I come up with another solution. Guess I could always put a snap in if I'm really tempted but I don't want to ruin my lovely bag.

For others who have this bag, let me know of any suggestions you've come up with or have done.

Ok, I just had to order one for my daughter. It will be great on car trips to the mountains or any trip really. I ordered her the slate/plum from shoebuy and used the codes. Total came to $37.00.

She loved my bag and I was afraid she'd steal it. Now she'll have her own for snacks and such.

My bag arrived today too! I also oredered the all black! I was surprised by the size to, I actually mentally flipped out a little but then once I put my stuff in it and 2 water bottles, I realized that the size is actually perfect! I absolutely love it! I asked DH if he would carry it if need be and he said yes I don't know that I'd be willing to give it up though! Thanks for all the info and help with the discounts everyone!

I'd love to make a lime mickey head and glue a pin on it to attach to my bag.

The lime green bag was pretty but I wanted it to go with me on business functions so I figured the all black would be great.

Isn't the size tricky? It looks small but it holds everything so great and then it's not big and bulky. Very deceiving...

I got mine today. I ordered tan, but wish I had ordered blue. I really like the size of the bag and the way it is set up. I think it will keep things organized. I can't wait for June so I can use it..

just got home and found my box in between the doors....I love it! Now I had already seen it in person at REI before I ordered it, but I wasn't sure my Brita water bottles would fit, but I just stuck them both in and they fit perfectly! I think this bag is going to be great for our trip in August (or any other day trip for that matter)

I love that I can put our passes/room key etc in the zippered pouch in the front flap area. Now I won't need to rummage through the bag looking for those things.

My bag is scheduled to arrive on Mar 23, just a couple more days! Reading about the colors, I wish I had ordered a nice bright color like the lime green or red. Can't wait to get mine. Thanks for all the posts -- it's nice to read about how happy everyone has been so far.
