Non-Alcoholic Wine Question

Couple questions about NA wine. I see that you can pre-order some NA wine options to your room ahead of time. Do the doing rooms also have any options at dinner for NA wine? My mom is going with us and she can't drink any alcohol due to medication and when she has sailed on princess, she could order a bottle in the dining room and then they'd record it for her for the next night. When princess no longer had the NA wine option, she'd carry it aboard and bring it to the dining room. They didn't charge her a corkage fee since it was "nonalcoholic". Anyone know if DCL has NA wine and if not, can she bring a bottle to the dining room (and would they charge her a corkage fee)?

You can get around the corkage fee by asking for a wine glass from a bar or your cabin steward and pour it into the glass before going into the dining room.
