What a great week! My 13 year old daughter and I spent April 6-11 at WDW and definitely had the best food we've had in many trips! Unfortunately, I didn't take too many food pics, but hopefully I can find them online to share. I'm a travel agent and working my way through each resort, so this trip brought us to three different resorts. Luckily my daughter is a good sport and enjoys seeing as many hotels as I do!
April 6: Arrival
We arrived at Caribbean Beach at lunch time and both had the Chicken Bowl- rice, beans, chicken and this incredible cilantro lime sauce. So good!

For dinner we had a reservation for Cake Bake Shop to celebrate my daughter's birthday. This restaurant is just gorgeous! It was my daughter's first time there and it did not disappoint. Yes, it's pricey, but absolutely worth it! I had a cup of the Chicken Velvet Soup and the Arugula Salad. My daughter had the kids Grilled Cheese which was full of sparkles! We both really enjoyed our meals. We picked the Millionaire Cake which was so rich and delicious.

April 7 Animal Kingdom and Epcot
After rope dropping FOP and Navi River Journey, we needed some breakfast and shared the Pork Shoulder Potato Hash Bowl. This was really tasty! Highly recommend!

After hitting up our AK favorites, we hopped over to Epcot where Easter Break crowds were in full force! We stopped at Farmer's Feast in Communicore Hall and tried the strip loin and peach cobbler. No pics, the light was blue and made the food look crazy! Both were very good. The strip loin is served with tomato risotto and was one of the best things I ate all week. My daughter has the biggest sweet tooth and proclaimed the peach cobbler with cinnamon gelato a highlight of her week.
Later that afternoon we had a reservation for San Angel Inn. Unfortunately, we weren't all that hungry so we shared order chips and guac and the server said in order to get chips we had to order the cheese dip. We dine here almost every trip and hadn't been told that before. The guacamole here is always so good.
