June 14th was a great day to have a birthday....we went to DISNEY!!!
We flew US Airways and both our flights were on time. Tiffany Towncar was there to pick us up and made a grocery stop at a new Kash N' Karry (they even gave me a shoppers' card LOL ther are none of that chain in NE PA)
When we arrived at the Swan shortly after noon, our room was ready and we were upgraded to a Lake View room. No balcony but a window that opened! The room was beautiful but the headboards did not have the paintings on them that I have seen in other pictures. What can I say about the heavenly beds...I need one at home.
That afternoon, we went to EPCOT for lunch in the United Kingdom. Then we rode Test Track, Spaceship Earth, Journey Into Imagination and visited the Living Seas. Crowds weren't that bad. Then we took the monorail to the MK--crowds were bad there. We waited and rode Space Mountain (over 40 min stand by). Then we headed off to the Concourse Steakhouse for dinner.
Sunday, 6/15 we went to the AK. We were able to ride the Safari, PWhirl, T Spin, Dinosaur. We saw It's Tough To Be a Bug and Festival of The Lion King. We had lunch at Tusker House. About 3pm we headed back to the hotel for a break. Then we had dinner at Artist Point and explored the Wilderness Lodge.
Monday, 6/16 we went to EPCOT. We went on Test Track again, single riders line, we also toured Universe of Energy, Wonders of Life and most of the World Showcase. Lunch was at the Liberty Tavern. In the evening, we went to MGM. Before dinner, we rode the ToT and RnR. Had the Fantasmic Dinner Package at Mama Melrose (if I did it again, I would go to the Brown Derby) Before Fantasmic, we saw MuppetVision, Star Tours and The Great Movie Ride. Fantasmic was great. That night, it was raining up until a half hour before showtime.
Tuesday, 6/17 we headed to the MK. We rode all the rides in Fantasyland except Dumbo. Then we rode Space Mountain. We went back to the hotel for a break and had lunch at Tubbi's.
That evening, we had dinner at Spoodles and my DD's tooth fell out in the rest room. From the Boardwalk, we took a cab to the MK for E-night. It was crowded but fun. Space Mountain and Splash Mountain both experienced technical difficulties.
Wednesday, 6/18 we spent the AM in MGM rode TOT twice. Revisited Great Movie Ride and Star Tours. Some of us had lunch at the Yacht Club Galley the rode the surrey bikes (others did some laundry)
In the PM we went back to MGM rode Star Tours again then the rain started. We went on the GMR and the Backlot Tour in the rain.
Thursday, 6/19 it rained most of the day. We finished up MGM in the AM and had lunch at the Prime Time Cafe (love the Pot Roast) DD visited with her favorite server, Auntie Claire. We had dinner in Mexico at EPCOT and visited some World Showcase attractions.
Friday, 6/20 we spent the entire day in the MK. We had 8am PS for CRT. Since we were in Fantasyland, we rode most of those rides again. We also did most of Tomorrowland. We had lunch in the Plaza Pavillion and then the rain came! Very heavy rain for a good portion fo the afternoon. We rode POTC and Splash Mountain in the Rain twice. That evening we celebrated my sisters' wedding anniversary with a dinner at Tony's and then went to e-night (MK closed at 7pm) Because of the rain, crowds were light (we rode Splash another three times)
Saturday, 6/21 we spent the AM in EPCOT. It rained most of the day. We had lunch at the Tangerine Cafe and I bought some great perfume! In the evening, we spent our last night in the MK (had to ride Space Mountain one more time)
Sunday, 6/22 we headed home. Our plane left Orlando in the rain at 10:45am and we were back in PA by 3pm.
By the way, we are already planning our next trip (not to mention considering the DVC)
Thanks for reading...

HEY...IT IS A SMALL WORLD!!! (NO PUN INTENDED):p :p WE ARE FROM PA (THE HBG AREA) AND WE WERE IN DISNEY 6/14-6/21 AND WE WERE YOUR NEIGHBORS...WE STAYED AT THE BWV!!:D :D YOU SHOULD CONSIDER DVC, THIS WAS OUR FIRST TRIP AS A DVC MEMBER AND I DON'T THINK WE WILL EVER GO BACK TO A REGULAR HOTEL ROOM. WE HAD A TWO BEDROOM AND IT WAS GREAT!!:Pinkbounc I'M GLAD WE BOTH MADE IT BACK TO PA SAFE AND SOUND...BUT...I'M READY TO GO BACK, RAIN OR NO RAIN!:D

Thanks for sharing - Wonderful reviews!!!!

Thanks for sharing your trip with us. I was laughing when I read about your DD's tooth. My son lost his tooth at Epcot when he bit into an ice cream cone, we think, as we never did find it! Glad you had fun in spite of the rain.
