My SIL is soooo hard to buy gifts for - and she's an extremely thoughtful gift-giver, so I can't get away with just picking her up a gift card. Her birthday is in a couple of weeks and I have NO ideas. She isn't into much knick knacky type of stuff that will just sit around. She is currently in nursing school, so I thought it might be helpful to get something with that in mind. I'm thinking in the $20-$30 range. Anyone have any ideas? TIA!

Chicken Soup for the Nurse's Soul

A good pair of cardiology calipers and a couple of bags of coffee, maybe some Motrin for good measure

A nice toiletry bag filled with toiletries to keep in her locker at work (and maybe a funny or inspirational sign to hang in there as well)

Dunkin Donuts gift certificate

A nice, big lunch bag with plenty of room for ice packs and rubbermaid/tupperware dinners for those long night shifts she'll be pulling

Make a late night study basket for her--Popcorn, her favorite coffee, and a nursing mug, candy and other snacks?

I am a nursing student too! I love the idea about the study basket! ANother thing I would suggest would be a "relaxation basket" or a "happy feet basket" I am totally stressed all the time, and my feet are always exausted by the time I get home.

If she likes coffee, Starbucks or Dunks, a gift card in one of their mugs might be a nice gift. Now that I am back in school the budget is VERY tight so it is really a treat to get a gift card to Starbucks or for a pedicure.
