Can someone help me understand the difference between the 1 bedroom lock off and a 1 bedroom dedicated rooms. I'm mostely interested in how/if the beds differ. Thanks!

I only know about SSR, but someone else will tell you if other resorts are different. The Lock-off has one bed in the second bedroom with a pullout couch and has a kitchenette. The dedicated unit has two beds and no kitchenette. Instead there is a large closet in that area.

The only difference is that there will be a door that connects to a studio in the lockoff. You won't get the studio unless you reserve a two bedroom.

All one bedrooms have one king sized bed and one queen sleeper sofa. But some of the one bedrooms at AKV will also have a sleeper chair in the living room, so you'll have beds for five.

Oh and I am assuming that you mean the 2BR lock-off vs. dedicated. I don't think there is such a thing as a 1BR lock-off.

A 1 bedroom lockoff would still have the connecting door but it would be locked on both sides. A dedicated 1 bedroom would not have the door. I've stayed in both at BWV. The only real difference is there is you may hear more noise from the connecting studio in a lockoff.
