What park hours are the norm for christmas week? I am looking at the park hours and they don't see very good considering the crowds I thought the parks may stay open a little later :/

I truly believe they will be extended as we get closer especially Animal Kingdom assuming Rivers of Light is still going to be a thing and all the other night time stuff is going on.
Below is a link of what the hours were last year obviously with all the changes they will not be exactly the same but it just gives us a clue that hours will be extended.

I've just been looking at the hours and weirdly 26th/27th for magic kingdom was normal, went back and forth a few times and they became unavailable so maybe something being tweaked in the pipeline????.......

Hi all. I just watched the video of one of the first rides on Frozen Ever After (RIP Maelstrom), and I gotta say, it is now on the must, Must, MUST do list.

Wow - glad I watched as I felt it was underwhelming. Will wait and ride it with grands, but think it's fine to skip it for trip with just DH and I.

ETA: watched a 2nd video which showed much more of the ride. I take back what I said about being underwhelmed, but still not sure it's worth giving up a Soarin FP for.

I made my ADRs while in California, 3am wasn't all that fun by the way, but here's what I ended up with (everything at the exact times, woohoo! I've always had great luck for summer trips, but I was pretty nervous about this one!)

12/17 - noon at Sanaa
12/18 (party night/resort decoration hopping) - 9:00am GFlo Cafe, 4:00 Skipper's Cantina (may change this one, torn)
12/20 - 11am Liberty Tree
12/21 - 8am Garden Grill, 5pm Yachtsman

planning to book a CP package for 12/22 and then that's it! Have a couple more things to check on/decide on (star wars firework dessert party if it's still a thing, MVMCP dessert party), but I'm satisfied!

Hello everyone! My DW and I will be staying at CS 12/10-12/15. We decided to book the trip this past weekend which was past our 180 mark, but I've had pretty good luck getting the ADRs that we've wanted. Still have one more to go but here is what I have so far:

12/10 - 11:35am BOG Lunch, 6:00pm H&V
12/11 - 5:25pm Via Napoli
12/12 - currently open (hoping for Yak & Yeti)
12/13 - 5:30pm 1900 Park Fare - MVMCP after
12/14 - 6:45pm 'Ohana

Do you guys think it will be possible to get into the CP without doing the dining package? We've never seen it and would really like to, but the thought of using two dining credits just to get a seat is hard to stomach.

Please add me to the list (whenever you update again-- no rush!) My husband and I are surprising our three kids: staying at CBR from 12/16 to 12/22. Got all the ADRs I wanted (though I had to keep looking for several days for the coveted Akershus!)
Dining at Whispering Canyon Cafe, 1900 Park Fare dinner, Mama Melrose's Fantasmic pkg, Tusker House bfast, Be Our Guest breakfast, and most importantly -- got Akershus for lunch.
Can't wait! And I need to figure out how to get one of those countdown thingys for my posts.
