I have no problems with anyone copying the cake! That's why I posted it! After honestly calling at least 7 times and becoming very frustratedtrying to find someone who would do a custom cake, the guy at the yacht/beach private dining took pity on me. He transferred me to Darren in the back and he is the one who set it up for me. The day after we got the cake, I called them back and wanted to thank whoever did the cake and they told me that Jesse Rodriguez was the one who made the cake. I sent him an email to thank him. I wish the pictures had come out better so you could see all the detail, it truly was beautiful. It was a 10 in. cake and the total was $102($80+tax and gratuity). I thought the cake was worth it, it's too bad we only ate about 1/4 of it before my mother dropped it.
If you have any problems please let me know as I know how hard it can be to try and set it up!
Thanks for all of the wonderful information!

I'll have to agree that ordering specialty cakes is hit or miss. The first one I did in February 2006 was a breeze, but I ordered a basic Mickey head cake this February for my son, and not only was it like trying to find your way through a dark tunnel, but I had to remind them twice at Narcoossee's to bring it to the table.

I'll let you know how it works out, and if I can figure out how to upload a pic, I'll do so when I get back! Thanks again!
