I downloaded my waiver today and saw my bib number is in the 36,000s! I know the 10K corrals aren't out yet, but that sounds like it could be the last corral. I submitted a pace of 11-12 min/mile, but I did register last minute in mid-December so I wonder if that affected my placement. Looks like I better not stop for any pictures!

I signed up on the first day for DVC members w/ an estimated time of 12 min/mile. I'm also in the 36Ks. It is my first runDisney event though.

Has anyone seen the actual race shirts yet? Like several others, I'm not getting to the expo until Friday afternoon/evening so don't know what will be left. I do like that two tone ladies 13.1 tee, but I'm only doing the 10K. Darn!

It's one thing to not advertise it, and yet their answer to me was another thing. It made absolutely no sense.

I ended up having a freak out with DH (to be fair to me I was exhausted from travel, dealing with a cold, had a hangover from Alka seltzer cold plus, and was seriously questioning ever speaking to hubby and son again who 100% loved the idea of SW runs again when it was time to register, but didn't take work or dance into account once it was a few weeks away) and he realized that asking for the days off wasn't the end of the world.

So it's a non issue for us now but I know I'm going to give the sideeye to the booth when it's there despite what the cm hinted at in her useless email.

I hope they haven't changed this! My nieces boyfriend has a flight that gets him in too late to do the 10k packet pickup on Friday. He'll be trying to get it in the morning on Saturday. Or is there anything else that can be done? I don't think so and I know they had same day pickup at the Darkside in April although I think that was for a fee.

I got the same useless reply from RunDisney when I emailed them. Clearly we know they're not answering us correctly because we are reading here that it can and has been done. My challenge is that my husband was going to be going with me and my boys but now he cannot, and I was counting on him to drive while I slept because I work nights. Now that I have to drive I HAVE to sleep and I just don't see how I can get an adequate amount of sleep and still make a 6+ hour drive (considering Southern California traffic) and get there to pick up our things by 8 pm.

I've been asking the same thing and not getting much advice. One person told me her friend suggested between 4-4:30 was fine but I also read that parking used to be free and now it is not so that would slow down entry into the garage. I'm leaving HB no later than 3:45 and crossing my fingers. I guess I'd rather be early and sit in my nice warm car, than miss my corrals start

I'm very excited that they are doing shoe ornaments for each race this year! That's such a good idea and gonna add those to my budget for my race weekends

I love the two-toned Leia and Han shirt - I think that one may end up coming home with me! Seeing K-2SO on the 5K gear is making me feel some deep regret/jealousy that I didn't just take the plunge and add that race alongside my Rebel Challenge. I know it's hard to plan with how far this has to be set in advance versus the movie's release date, but it does seem like Rogue One would have been a more appropriate Rebel Challenge theme than C3PO (getting the Death Star plans? The ultimate Rebel Challenge!).

I like the shoe ornament as well. Does anyone know about how big they are? Crossing my fingers that they are still there into Friday afternoon.

I was hoping for a visor.

I'm also curious to know which pin will be the pre-order one as both DH and I pre-ordered pins. I much prefer the metal one.

I also searched and saw a link to print the waivers for the WDW half marathon but didn't find a same link for this particular race. Would appreciate any info. They change the procedures every year and it's been hard for me to keep up

The pre-order pins are normally the character, non-medal pins. However, the medal ones tend to still be available for quite awhile at the Expo!

It is fun to see the merch preview! I won't be arriving until mid-day on Saturday so I won't get my hopes up for anything specific to still be available then ... but we will see. I am not doing the 5k or 10k ... just the HM on Sunday so we figured we would arrive on Saturday to avoid the busy weekend crowds (and stay for a couple of days post-race) ... but it does mean getting to the Expo at the last minute! At least I will have my official race shirt ... can't wait to see what it looks like

Also on my wish list - that tervis water bottle, rebel challenge magnet, and hopefully some cute sweaty bands! I'll also get an I Did It shirt if those are decent. Hoping I'll have something left to buy when I get there Friday!
5K regret is hitting hard seeing the K2SO shirt! Ah well - maybe I can still make my photo op dream come true if he is out on the course!

So we got our virtual goody bags (nothing fun) and now are still waiting for shirts. Now the race is on to see if the expo participants tomorrow will post them before Disney.

To those regretting not signing up for the 5K because of K-2SO, I think he was not on those medals. So he may only be on the shirts they're selling.

I would like to get the ornament and add Dark Side to it later this year, but I'm taking my usual expo approach. Plan on everything being sold out so I can't be disappointed if it is. May also get the I Did It shirt to accompany a Dark Side one later this year. We'll have to see if I really like the design.
