Thanks!!
I will do a trip report, I have too..! Our Eastern trip was a hoot, it was really great because of the Diser's we met here on the boards prior to the cruise. We chatted for over a year, like we will be doing here! Our cruise prior to that we didn't know anyone, this time we did and it was a blast!
We hooked up for a Palo brunch together, a Dis meet in Promanades and got together for Pub night, 70's night, 80's night...It was like we knew each other for much longer. We were having Brunch in Palo's in the private room and the glass is the one way kind, only we can see out., we'll we were entertained by a couple outside of the window unaware that the 15 of us were a captive audience.Even our server Marco went outside and posed with the unsuspecting couple. We had tears in our eyes we were laughing so hard! I'll always remember not to fix my bathing suit while looking in those windows at Palo's,it could wind up on the internet!!
We're from Voorhees NJ, 20 minutes out of Philly.
I have to share this...we were recepients of a Dream on the Magic. My DS3 has mild Autism, attention difficulties. I never did mention Autism but we sailed in a Cat 3 because my DH wanted to have some dinners in our room and felt it would be better for our family with Concierge. So I took the plunge, we'll it was priceless. The concierge staff(Johnathan, Jenny and Kumi) called to see how the kids were doing and I said "fine, the only thing is that I wish I could get a picture of DS3 with one of the characters, he couldn't stand in line long enough for one..we'll the next thing I know they came to our room with an invitation for DS3 complete with Mickey confetti, it read "Please join us in a special character meet and greet at 10:00pm in Disney Sea, bring your camera, and the best part is there will be no lines!
My DH grabbed him up sleeping from the kid's club, we met at Studio sea and he was awakened by Peter Pan and Wendy, taken by the hand to dance and sing with 25 Characters, it lasted about 30 minutes and it was the most priceless moment I could ever recall!!! I still can't believe this was arranged..Disney is just awesome..I was so thankful...
I just had to go back..we really love CC but I really booked so that my family could see Mexico .Our first cruise Coz was replaced by Nassau because of pier damage from a hurricane. Looking forward to time in Mexico, maybe another Dolphin encounter. The one in the Bahamas was worth it and the pictures they took were beautiful....
