OBB placeholder question

Sorry if this has been answered before, but I couldn't find it. Can I use an OBB placeholder to book a cruise with a special Florida resident rate and get the discount off that rate, or can it only be used to discount a full-price cruise? Thanks.

No - you can not stack discounts.

You can transfer the deposit you paid, but won't be any additional discount.
