Good Morning Sunshines!

I have so much catching up to do. This thread has a life of its own now.

Well, since I got home Thursday, I worked 12 hour shifts Fri-Sun and today I'm off. That would be great except I have a ton of work to do that's been ignored since we went to WDW.

But, guess what one chore I have today...

I need to run to the bank and get a check and send off closing papers for BWV contract #2! This estoppel took much less time so hopefully I'll be closing soon.

I sent Brenda at Timeshare Closing Services an e-mail this morning to ask for a status report on our transaction...we were as far as having received our closing dox 4/25 and remitting our final payment 4/27 which they should have received 4/28.

I received an e-mail a little while ago that TCS had received all paperwork by 5/8 and closed the same day! The entire process took about a month to transact! My heart goes out to those who have had to wait for what seem like an eternity to close on their contracts. The process was easier on us because we are already members and have stayed DVC for a couple of years at WDW and HHI.

Now I can look forward to retirement - if our state legislature and governor could just get together and finalize an early retirement incentive for us 60 somethings. Oh well, should know about that before the new budget takes effect 7/1. Imagine - I might only have 7 more weeks to work!!!! WooHoo!

I called Nancy to let her know the check was in the mail. She seems to think we'll be able to close quickly. I'm glad...Though I just know it can't go * that * easy for me so it'll probably take a month to get my points deposited.

Since our bank doesn't charge to send faxes, my DW is on her way to the bank this minute to fax our papers back and wire the needed funds!!!
