I've done WW twice now and have had great success. I started at 174 the first time and 163 the second time. I got down to 143 and have maintained for 2 yrs but am currently at 146.5 and don't want to go any higher. I've started with the massive amounts of water, watching what I eat and today started with the Walk Away the Pounds tapes. My goal is 140. I don't go to the meetings so I need to be held accountable for what I do. Thanks for all the encouragement from the previous posts I've read. Good luck to everyone else out there.

There, feel better? I would give a big swift kick if I didn't see what a great LOSER you are already!! You have done GREAT at maintaining- and you'll see those pounds fall off- quick points that help me....

1. Cut out or limit your caffeine

2. Finish a glass of water before every meal

3. Keep healthy snacks for those midmeal lulls- I like nuts, fruit, fresh veggies, wheat crackers with cheese

4. Measure yourself- sometimes the scale won't show a loss but the exercise you're adding in will shrink some body parts!!

5. Smile every morning and be PROUD of how far you've come and make each day a new day at eating and living healthier!! :)

YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!
