Woohoo! Can't wait until tomorrow! We are so close now.

This morning I was thinking 18 days still feels like a long time. Yet someone in my department at work is going on a business trip to Hawaii the same day I leave for Disney and I was thinking that their trip is coming up really fast! LOL

I leave tomorrow and the weather here in the Lake Sunapee Region of NH is going to be awesome almost the entire time I'm gone. Had a dream last night that we got a foot of snow! LOL

We are getting married THIS SATURDAY!!!

We fly to DF's hometown tomorrow, do all the wedding preparation and spend some family time, get hitched, and leave for Disney on Sunday!

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!! We honeymooned at Disney in November of 2005, it was the most wonderful time!! I hope your wedding is very special and your time at Disney is magical. Enjoy every moment.

I can't say enough how excited I am that October is finally here! We are all going to have such a great time on our vacations!! Reading everyone's updates just makes me more excited for everyone who's been waiting for this time to come.

Some firsts for us this time around:

• Hubby's running the ToT 10 miler and we will attend the Villan's after party
• Sunday we will be going to Mickey's halloween party
• We've always gone during "cold" weather months, so this is going to feel like Summer to us and coming from New England where it's getting cooler during the day, this will be wonderful!! (Like other posters have said NE is beautiful right now too!)

Yippee for all of us!!!

The answers will vary I'm sure. I wouldn't think so. As long as it's not foul language, or nudity or anything along those lines.

A bloody shirt may be a problem. PL added a zombie makeover for MNSSHP, but it has no blood. I would not risk it. It doesn't really fit with the "not-so-scary" intent of the event. Personally, I think there would be people with young children that would find it inappropriate.

Just a request...

If those flying out in the next few days could report back with any added issues/complications due to the current congressional temper-tantrum I would be most appreciated.

I've been hearing variations on what airport staff is classified as "essential". From what I've read it sounds like even if they are there they won't be getting paid.

My gut reaction that this is going to cause major slowing at the tsa. Someone please confirm that I'm wrong!

DH, DD4 & I will be staying at AKV - Jambo from October 10th-19th, and doing MNSSHP on the 18th. First trip without DS20 because he's in college, but he'll be heading down on a solo trip in January to celebrate his 21st birthday!

We're on the DxDP this time around, which is kind of funny because DD is 99% tube fed! She's a former 1 lb 2 oz preemie with cerebral palsy and Autism, and also has a swallowing disorder. Until this year, she was 100% fed via g-tube, but she's slowly learned to eat a bit of food - about 100 calories/day - by mouth. She still isn't able to drink from a cup, although she does try to take teeny tiny sips!
