Anyone have any tips on getting straight through to a CM? I remember back in the old days there was a certain sequence of numbers you could push (before cell phones, ha!) to get through to book CRT.

My guess would be that if the internal system is working, then you'll get the deal. But I know nothing about Disney's specific systems or procedures. That's just an educated I.T. guess.
