With the upcoming holidays... what is your favorite holiday decoration or memory about the Swan and Dolphin resorts? Anyone been there at that time? I know Mouseteacher has, or at least been close!

I visited the Dolphin on a Christmas trip in 1992 to see the decorations. I remember the most gorgeous red poinsettia tree in the lobby. It loomed quite tall toward the ceiling.

I must admit that was when I was snobby and would only consider staying at Disney resorts. I remember saying I would never choose to stay at the S or D. WOW - was I ever wrong. Never say never.

On topic: Now I can go back to planning my trip to the Dolphin! My best memory of the Dolphin at Christmas is the beautiful tree in the lobby with the train running arround it. It is breathtaking and rivals any other WDW lobby at Christmas.

I called the doctors office this morning. They informed me the doctor is out today and "he is the only one who can read the results." No panic here .... Monday cannot come soon enough ...another long weekend around here. I have FAITH that all is well.... Thanks again for letting me share here.... Robin

Your good news is worth coming out of the "Lurking Closet"! It is heart warming to celebrate here with you. You must have a very refreshed outlook on life right now!

Mom Poppins...you are also in my thoughts. I never dreamed in this day and age such a thing could possibly happen. Faith, trust and pixie dust (and a good lawyer!) will get you through this crisis.

YIPPPEEEE!!!!I 'm not going to be able to sleep tonight....my best friend and hubbie...who is the cousin of my DD's friend's mother (who we invited to WDW after Christmas) is going to pay for the friends airline ticket and park ticket....YIPPEEE.....worst part is the friends mom is at a play tonight and I can't tell her......I'm sooooo excited...these 2 girls will have a great time together....I have some of the greatest friends in the world....I always new someone could afford to send this girl but I couldn't get up the never to ask....and they new about it and just offered....

OK...it's been 20mins...and I still haven't calmed down yet.....how will I last until after church tomorrow.....UUUUGH!!!!!! That means probably 1pm....I can't stand it....I have to spread the good news....

OK 6:35am.....there must have been some party last night for everybody to take the night off....I think I'm going to try to catch them before Church.....but I don't know what time there services are...(the Dad is the minister) I guess I'll just have to wing it...HUMMMMMM 8:35 I wonder if that is an OK time...

Good morning, all! double bounce for joy for you, ZW. I can feel your excitement all the way here in Boston. There are wonderfully generous people in this world.

It was quiet on our thread last night. I was able to go on late afternoon for a short time. DH and I hosted another couple for dinner last night.

Just finished speaking to my dad who is just south of Tampa. He said the weather is beautiful - low 80s. When I talk to him, I know that WDW is only 2 hour drive from his condo - wishful thinking or... is it that darn Disney addiction rearing its head!

I have an at home work day scheduled for today. I will be at a 2 day overnight meeting (Monday and Tuesday). I have quite a bit of reading and 3 reports to write. I won't be able to DIS until Tuesday evening.

Pats v. Dallas tonight... Parcells v. Bellichick.
