It almost certainly is the Wish because no other ships should be having blocks assembled dockside right now. We can see that the first block in the lower right has a bridge, and there aren't any other builds at Meyer Werft that are going to need a bridge anytime soon (since Aidacosma clearly already has hers).
I wouldn't worry about those front windows because it's probably not the final exterior look and I don't see anything wrong with the hot tubs. Mostly curious whether the hot tubs are in an adults area or part of an expanded/moved concierge deck.Maybe but those front windows don't seem right and I'm not sure about the two hot tubs on the front either... (at least I assume that is what those two round things are).
So the two ships are at different levels? The photo makes it seem like the hot tubs are on a deck similar to the main deck on the AIDA, deck 5 maybe?
The way ships are built is that they first construct sections that are 3-5 decks high and ~100 feet long (called blocks) on the ground, and then those sections are lifted into the drydock where they are welded together to form the complete structure of the ship. So what we see beside AIDAcosma is some of those sections (blocks) for the Wish being built on the ground next to the drydock. The blocks for the front portion of the Wish are then starting to get combined in the portion of the drydock in front of AIDAcosma which is out of view on both images. So the two ships are at different levels? The photo makes it seem like the hot tubs are on a deck similar to the main deck on the AIDA, deck 5 maybe?
It is true that the Dream class has Vibe right above the bow, but the block we see with hot tubs is actually for the very top of the ship. That's basically where the Vibe deck is. You access Vibe from deck 4 -all the way forward (as forward as you can go) - and go up a flight of stairs.
I got a reminder that the Wish grand unveiling is tomorrow (April 29, 2021) at 11 am EST. Don't forget if you're interested.

The Disney Cruise website has been updated to include lots of information...including some not in the video. That's was awesome. For those who missed it May 27 is booking date
Those two hot tubs align with the new location of Senses Spa on deck 5.Maybe but those front windows don't seem right and I'm not sure about the two hot tubs on the front either... (at least I assume that is what those two round things are).
