So for my birthday our son got us a tour of Walt's boyhood home in Chicago. Will post more pics soon

The pic of Walt and Ruth on the porch shows that house was originally at grade level and then raised because of flooding in the area. Most of the house has been restored from previous remodels.
Tags on the windows are people who've dont to restoration. It is privately owned and have had help from Disney, but Disney doesn't control any of it
