Need help with understanding trip with Insurance

I am booking a trip in May 08 using remainder of UY 07 Point and borrowing all (220) of my UY 08 points...October use year...I have a father in law who is ill and need to buy insurance for trip...What does it cover? I can't get a good understanding from Member Services on this...
